Located on the second floor, with elevator (steps to access), of a modern building within Marradi residential area, the apartment is few minutes walk away from Villa Fabbricotti and well connected to the historic center (15 minutes by public transportation).

It is possible to park on the street, for a fee. The inside is organized as follows: -BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe -BEDROOM 2: sofa bed, split A/C, wardrobe -LIVING ROOM: sofa, TV, split A/C -KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and moka, kettle.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to Livorno historic center, an ideal position for visiting the city comfortably on foot and by public transportation. In about 10 minutes on foot it is possible to reach Piazza Attias, the renowned Goldoni Theater and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as "Piazza Magenta". From here, in 10 minutes on foot or by public transportation line 4 / LAM ROSSA, you can cross the canal and reach Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe), the Fortezza Nuova and the characteristic Venezia Nuova district. From Piazza della Repubblica you can access Via Grande, the main shopping street in the city.

From here, in a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Buontalenti's Central Market, one of the largest and oldest covered markets in Italy where you can find fresh and typical products of the area. Also in Piazza della Repubblica it is possible to find the stop of the LAM BLU line, thanks to which it is possible to reach the renowned Terrazza Mascagni in about 15 minutes, an evocative place where you can admire breathtaking sunsets while walking on the seafront. -From Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport you can reach Pisa Centrale station (by PISAMOVER shuttle service) and from here you can take the regional train to Livorno Centrale station.
