Bright and cozy apartment tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 4 people, including a spacious terrace equipped with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relax.
The flat is located in a quiet residential area equipped with all services and located outside the ZTL. The excellent location, adjacent to the Villa Reale and less than 10 minutes walk from the historic center, makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the city and its splendid monuments. The 42 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevaror and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - Living area with queen sofa bed, split AC and TV - Bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - 20sqm terrace equipped with table and chairs x4 - Balcony. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Bologna even more interesting and safe.
In case of problems or questions we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law. The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in. After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements: - From 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm - Euro 25.00 - From 11:00 pm to 12:00 am - Euro 30.00 - From 12:00 am to 1:30 am - Euro 40.00 Lecce is mainly a baroque city.
Baroque art spread to Lecce in the seventeenth century, during the Spanish domination, replacing the classical art and creating a style that left room for imagination.
The historic center is full of monuments, churches and other valuable buildings.
However, not only does the Baroque characterize Lecce: hospitable, tidy, with a great gastronomy and an exceptional sea a few steps away, it is one of the unmissable destinations to visit in Italy. Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole.
Comodità della zona per i vari spostamenti effettuati, casa ordinata e funzionale per tutto quello che ci è necessitato.

La posizione è ottima, vicina a supermercati e ben collegata con il centro che si trova circa 15-20 minuti a piedi. Facile trovare parcheggio, tanto spazio a disposizione sia per riporre le proprie cose sia per il terrazzino, che ci siamo goduti sia per le colazioni che per la cena :)

Appartamento molto carino e funzionale per il soggiorno. Ampio terrazzo, zona molto tranquilla e residenziale, ottimo perché vicino al centro di Lecce -raggiungibile in meno di 10 min a piedi. Bisogna essere un po’ fortunati nel cercare parcheggio sotto il palazzo, per il resto tutto bene. Vicino anche a supermercato Conad e MD. Consigliato!
