The studio apartment is organized as follows
- LIVING AREA with gas hob (four burners), fridge, kettle, wine glasses, and kitchenware;

- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, sofa bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, 30 inch smart TV (NO antenna);

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (1 split), clothesline, and hairdryer.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Baby cot and high chair is available upon request.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.

Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.


If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to

The historic Graziella district, where the apartment is located, has maintained all its peculiarities and the character of Ortigia, making it a unique and enchanting place, just a few steps from the sea.

On the island, connected to the mainland by the Umbertino Bridge, walking through the streets it is possible to admire centuries of history, splendid palaces, lively trattorias and cafes. It is possible to visit the Castle of Manice, Fonte Aretusa, the ancient temple of Apollo and, absolutely not to be missed, Piazza del Duomo, one of the most spectacular in all of Sicily.

The local market of Ortigia, which is located just behind the apartment, makes this neighborhood one of the most characteristic and authentic on the island.

The nearest beach (for a fee) is the elegant Solarium Nettuno Ortigia, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas on the rocky sea! Rock-free beaches can be found going down the public stairways along the promenade. For an aperitif, we suggest going to the Sunset Ortigia bar where you can admire the sunset while sipping a cocktail!

The typical restaurants are instead many, for all budgets!

- The Archaeological Park of Neapolis

- The Fonte Aretusa;

- The Castle of Maniace;

- The bus and train station.


The main towns of Sicily can be reached by Interbus coaches from the central station (via Rubino), from where the shuttles to Catania-Fontanarossa airport also depart (approximately 1 hour journey).


- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: it is possible to the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service that connects Catania airport to Catania Central Station, where you can take the regional train to Syracuse station, less than 20 minutes on foot from the property.

Alternatively, from the airport it is possible to reach the apartment by taking Interbus bus, up to Syracuse Station.

- FROM SYRACUSE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 20 minutes or by taking the minibus.
