Woodlea House is a lovely 3 bedroom house located on the outside of York city centre, located a short walk from a main bus route to take you directly to the city centre..
This stunning house provides off street parking for up to 2 cars.
This property can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, The main bedroom is a super king bed and the other 2 bedrooms both have a double bed. All beds linen and towels are of a hotel quality.
Plenty of seating is provided in the lounge area for sprawling in front of the smart Tv. The house has a large solid oak dining table, that can comfortably seat 6 guests, which is perfect to sit and enjoy a meal or a take out!
The spacious fitted kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook a meal, it comprises of a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the utility area.
Super fast WIFI is provided throughout your stay with downloads speeds of 59mb and upload speeds of 16mb.
The house has a spacious outdoor garden with a decked area and garden furniture.
This property is the perfect for any length of stay with friends or families.

What a great find! The property was exactly as described, beautifully presented, and in an excellent location. We appreciated how quickly the staff replied to our messages before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay, the home was cosy, warm, plenty of hot water and the beds were very comfy. The hot tub was fantastic. Check in was easy and very clear with instructions that were sent prior to our arrival
