Accommodation description
In the heart of the Flemish Ardennes, on top of Kluisberg, you will find this beautiful villa for 30 people. Where many a cycling fanatic tries to climb the mountain, you and your family can enjoy this beautiful villa. After an active day in the beautiful region, you can completely unwind in the private sauna. Enjoy the view and light the barbecue on the covered terrace, while the children play carefree in the gigantic garden. Delightful!
The surrounding area has everything from restaurants to cosy catering establishments with playgrounds and a number of picturesque cafés. Just a stone's throw away is the French-speaking part of Belgium. You should also visit nearby places such as Kortrijk, Tournai and Oudenaarde. They are all more than worth a visit!
On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home.
Upon arrival, the beds are made.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. For questions about charging specifications, contact the homeowner/contactperson on the spot before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not allowed.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.

Col38 is een geweldig vakantiehuis. Wij hebben er met 21 volwassenen en 4 kinderen een heel fijn familieweekend gehad, ondanks het tegenvallende weer. Goed uitgeruste keuken, comfortabele slaapkamers, ruime eetkamer, gezellige zitruimte, een sauna, een speelkamer.
Voldoende vuilzakken, toiletpapier, afwasblokjes…
En niet te vergeten : supervriendelijke ontvangst!

De Velder
Col38 ist ein tolles Ferienhaus. Wir hatten dort ein sehr schönes Familienwochenende mit 21 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern, trotz des enttäuschenden Wetters. Gut ausgestattete Küche, komfortable Schlafzimmer, geräumiges Esszimmer, gemütliche Sitzecke, eine Sauna, ein Spielzimmer. Ausreichend Müllsäcke, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspülwürfel... Und nicht zu vergessen: super freundlicher Empfang!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und hatten eine tolle Kommunikation mit Manager Ann. :) Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, sehr geräumiger Wohnraum und Garten. Alles sehr sauber und glückliche Lage!
