Claudine and Denis welcome you to Le Pass'Temps, a detached house that has been in their family for over 100 years.
Nicely renovated gîte with accommodation on 2 levels where you can spend a memorable holiday.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen & dining areas, lounge area (TV, access to covered terrace), bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (walk-in shower 120x120cm), WC (wash-hand basin). 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with large closets (queen-size bed, en-suite shower room/WC) (double bed) (2 single bunks), separate bathroom/WC.
For your exclusive use: garden, sheltered terrace (ideal for relaxing, al fresco meals), parking space(s).
Ground floor bedroom & shower room have been adapted for disabled access. Le Pass'Temps is a comfortable gîte for up to 8 people, between Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, near peaceful hamlet of Fauconnières in the Valentinoise plain.
You'll be well placed to explore this superb region.
Foothills of the Vercors, Rhône valley or Drôme des Collines – all around there are so many sports and cultural activities plus the chance to sample delicious food and wine from the Drôme. 60 min. from Grenoble, 90 min. from Lyon, just 10 min. from Valence TGV station.
With its 4 bedrooms, kitchen opening onto living room and 3 bath/shower rooms the gîte is carefully designed and comfortable place to stay at any time of year. 18 hole golf course at St-Didier (10km).

Environnement calme mais non isolé pour ce gîte spacieu et équipé avec bon goût et tout le nécessaire. Chaque chambre a son dressing et/ou sa salle d’eau. Literie de très bonne qualité. Accueil bienveillant, efficace et non envahissant.

Nous avons passé une semaine trés agreable dans ce gites trés bien aménagé et equipé. Les propriétaires ont été charmant et trés acceuillant.We have spend a very pleasant week in this very well furnished and equipped gite. The owners were charming and very welcoming.

Gite bien conçu, bcp d espace, nous avons apprecié egalement la terrasse et terrain de petanque. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Idéal pour notre pause, durant notre trip vélo. Le passage des tgv ne nous a pas dérangés. Je recommande.
