Quiet location, to the center of wagign am See about 2,5 km, to the lake about 3,5 km, reachable on bike paths. Directly located hiking trails/ in winter cross-country ski trail.

Arrival Description
Via the highway A8 Munich-Salzburg exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf in the direction of Traunstern. On the B304 direction Traunstein until traffic circle the second exit through the tunnel. Follow in the direction of Waging for approx. 11 km. At the traffic circle in Waging am See take the first exit, after approx. 3 km turn right to Buch/Nirnharting.
Description of the accommodation
The apartment is located on the ground floor, has its own entrance and offers space for up to 2 people. That means there is a double bed and a pull-out couch available. It is heated with underfloor heating. Kitchen fully equipped, Wlan, satellite TV. The bedroom is separated by walls, but open to the kitchen-living room with sofa bed.
