Premium apartment near Khreshchatyk and Arena City. The apartment is located in the central part of the city. The apartment with an area of 105 m2 is on the 2nd floor, the house has an elevator. The layout includes two bedrooms, a hall, a kitchen and a large living room with access to a balcony, as well as a bathroom and a toilet. The apartment is decorated in light colors. There are a sofa and a plasma TV in the rest area. The large kitchen is equipped with the necessary household appliances for cooking and a complete set of all required cutlery.
