4-bedroom 145m² villa in Moliets! Fresh pastries and bread taste amazing on their own but imagine how much better they'll taste when you're sitting next to your private pool in Moliets.
After you’ve finished eating, either relax in our charming villa, take a stroll to the beach, or tee off at Moliets Golf Course.
When you stay with us, there’s a lot to love! • PRIVATE POOL • A short walk from the beach, and Moliets Golf Course is just down the street • Fans of seafood have to try Moliets’ world-famous oysters • Large windows let in lots of natural light • Wood-burning fireplace • If you’re lucky, some of the local deer might venture out of the forest and stop by your villa! Sleeps 10 up to 12 people.
Our villa features: • 1st bedroom: Double bed and access to the terrace and pool area • 2nd bedroom: Double bed • 3rd and 4th bedroom: 2 Single beds in each • Sleeping area: Double bed or 2 Single beds • Living area: Sofa bed • Kitchen: A stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster + dining area • 3.5 Bathrooms with heated towel rail + in-suite washer Additional amenities you’ll find at Villas La Prade include: • FREE Wi-Fi • Outdoor parking on-site • Pets Admitted (upon prior request): €5/pet/night LOCAL FAVORITES Outdoor Activities: • A large number of activities and entertainment exist on site: golf, tennis, horse riding, not to mention the superb fine sandy beaches, 25 minutes away on foot Local Dining/(Restaurant) • Le Champoreau • Un Singe en Hiver • Le GLOBE TROTTER OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • The private unheated pool, measures: 4x8m or 5x10m, depth: + or- 1.30 meters and the same on both sides (no elevation gain).
Open seasonally. • Baby cot: 5 €/day; 25 €/week • Baby chair: 5 €/day; 15 €/week • Baby kit (cot and chair): 29 €/week • Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €5/pet/night.
Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed. • Breakfast (Bread, croissants and pastries) delivery service: Payment on site • Daily Cleaning Service: 65.00 €/day • Mid-Stay Cleaning Service: 100.00 €/villa • End-of-stay cleaning service: 120 - 320€ per apartment • TV: included • Outdoor parking is included. • Wi-Fi: Complimentary • Private outdoor unheated swimming pool is included • The properties here are individually decorated • Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €1000 per villa • Please note that a small daily eco-tax and tourist tax per person will be collected upon arrival.

Die Lage in der Nähe vom Strand ist super, die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Man kann gut entspannen. Leider hat das Haus nicht das gehalten, was das Fewo Inserat versprochen hatte. Die Anzahl der Zimmer stimmte nicht. Das Haus selber war etwas runtergewohnt, außerdem war die Sauberkeit schlecht. Insgesamt war das Haus für den Preis leider nicht wert.

Der Aufenthalt war auch gut. Erstaunlich, dass man anfangs das gesamte Inventar mit einer Liste vergleichen musste. Einiges fehlte.
Vermisst haben wir Zubehör zum Abwaschen (Spülmittel , Lappen, Spülbürste, Trockentuch, Pads für den Geschirrspüler).
Die Kaution (1.000,00 €) finden wir auch überhöht.

De omgeving en de accommodatie waren perfect
Jammer dat we na het zware onweer en fikse hagelbuien met als gevolg véél puin op en rond het zwembad,rond het huis enz.alles zelf hebben moeten opkuisen zonder ons te komen vragen of alles oke was .
