Welcome to this beautiful 4* house of 86 m², located in the beautiful town of Pleubian near the sea!
You will find all the equipment and comfort necessary for a successful stay with family or friends!
This modern dwelling has a beautiful living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped separate kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 2 shower rooms as well as a large south-facing garden with two terraces to enjoy a good meal outside!

The house: The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - An entrance hall. - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV (Netflix equipment) as well as a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. - A separate kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. - A bathroom with a shower, a basin and a toilet. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a Queen-Size bed. - Bedroom 2: spacious and attic with two single beds that can be brought together to create a King-Size bed. Exterior: - A large garden with trees, of 800m ² exposed south which guarantees an optimal sunshine. - Two wooden terraces (26 and 36m ²) exposed east and west and furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside! Nearby: - The Sillon de Talbert located at 600 m (8 min walk). - Island of Brehat accessible by boat. - Pors Rand beach located at 800 m (11 min walk). - Paimpol located at 15 km (23 min by car). - Castle of la Roche-Jagu located at 18,5 km (24 min by car). Activities : Go for a relaxing moment at the beach or for water sports lovers, try your hand at diving, surfing or sailing! Stroll along the GR of the "chemin des douaniers" which allows long and beautiful walks, then pass by the side of the "Sillon de Talbert" and the estuary of the river Trieux to admire the sublime viewpoints which are offered to you! Make a detour to the Beauport Abbey in Paimpol and the beautiful Château de la Roche Jagu before taking a boat trip to the island of Bréhat and the famous pink granite coast! Transportation : - Bus line 25 to Paimpol station - Paimpol and Lancerf train stations located 17 km away (22 min by car). - Lannion airport located at 36 km (41 min by car). Neighborhood: The accommodation is located in a particularly quiet environment, off the main traffic routes. On the first floor, the environment is green with unobstructed views, upstairs you will enjoy the sea view from the rooms, with views ranging from the Sillon de Talbert, the estuary of the river Trieux and in the background the island of Brehat.
In addition, you will find all the necessary amenities nearby: bakery, butcher shop, convenience store, stores, restaurants, bars, market... Other remarks : - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. A deposit may be withheld if necessary. - The outside parking lot is dedicated to the pavilion and can accommodate 2 vehicles free of charge. - Pets accepted on request, for a supplement of €25/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are provided. -Possibility to rent the Keroc'h House in addition.

Das Checkin ist sehr einfach. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, vorallem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
In ein paar Minuten ist man beim Meer.
Wir sind mit drei Kindern und Hund gereist und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Seule la propreté du gîte laissait quelque peu à désirer, les vitres avaient dû être nettoyé avec une serviette au vu des traces, et le sol moyennement propre.
Mais cela n'est qu'un détail largement compensé par la vue et l'emplacement de l'hébergement.
Quant à la télévision, un système beaucoup plus basique serait certainement plus adéquat.
