The extensive garden houses oak trees, oleanders, lavender and rosemary, lawns, terraces and play areas. Hiking trails start right from the house!
This beautiful area has many charming villages and is dotted with purple lavender fields, rolling fields with endless vineyards, jagged mountain ranges (such as the Dentelles de Montmirail) and vast forests. The famous Mont Ventoux (40 km) is the ultimate challenge for many a cyclist. The town of Vaison-la-Romaine (35 km), also called the French Pompeii because of its wealth of Roman ruins, also has a charming medieval centre.
