This holiday accommodation is in a rural location in a quiet area, surrounded by plenty of greenery and grape vines, which are used for the in-house wine production.

The house made of stone and with wooden ceilings provides 80m² of living space on two floors for up to six people. The ground floor consists of a living and dining room with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and chairs, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the first floor with a further generous bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), two single beds (90 x 200cm) and two wardrobes. It also has a glass door opening onto a terrace, affording a wonderful view of the Romena fortification and the Casentino valley. Each room has heating.

The roofed terrace with a table, chairs, lounger and grill is for your own exclusive use, so you can spend leisurely evenings outdoors. The shared garden has a pool (7 x 14m) available for use from beginning of June to the end of September. A car parking space is provided. Pets are allowed on request, but note that the site is only partially enclosed. This holiday accommodation is ideal for spending a holiday in a quiet, green and relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor area includes a little playground for children with a swing, slide and other play equipment.

Wi-Fi is available. A highchair can be provided free of charge, to be ordered from the owner before arrival. The washing machine is in a separate room with an independent entrance to the agriturismo. It can be used free of charge and is shared with guests at two other apartments. The building is surrounded by a large shared garden and grape vines, used by the owners to produce wine. Dedication, tradition, intuition and ambition characterise the Pinot Nero wine production of the family enterprise since 1930. The owner lives on site. This accommodation exudes an especially rustic charm.

The little village Pratovecchio is only a kilometre from the accommodation. It has a grocery shop, cafes, restaurants and bars. If you are interesting in skiing, there is a downhill piste 20 kilometres away. There is a golf course just 8km from the agriturismo.
