Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Electric radiators, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture.
Hot tub for 4 (private).
Stabling by arrangement with owner.
Private parking for 2 cars.

Springbrook Farm is home to two wooden single-storey detached lodges set in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside.
Both feature an open plan living space and two comfortable double bedrooms with views of the rolling hills.
Watch the beautiful night sky whilst relaxing in the hot tub, enjoy dining al fresco on a warm evening or simply cosy up in front of the TV or immerse yourself in a good book.
This is the perfect place to relax and unwind for couples, friends and small families.
You can even bring your dog or horse as the owner offers stabling, and a paddock is located in front of the lodges.
Views of Billesdon Coplow can be seen from the lodges, it is a wooded knoll; a significant landmark in Leicestershire with its distinctive tree line.
With plenty of walks from the doorstep you can immerse yourself into country life.
However the bustling market towns of Oakham, Uppingham and Market Harborough are within easy reach and boast an array of independent shops, cafés and restaurants.
Oadby, home of the fascinating University of Leicester Botanical Gardens, is 10 miles, and close by is Leicester racecourse.
The city of Leicester is also under 10 miles where you can enjoy a shopping spree in the city centre high street shops, or the many retail parks.
On the outskirts of the city, for space fans, enjoy a trip to the National Space Centre.
Rutland water is just over 20 minutes drive and you can enjoy a range of activities from walking, cycling, water sports and bird watching at the two nature reserves.

Lovely accommodation in peaceful countryside. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen although it would have been more useful to have a freezer rather than a washing machine.
Otherwise it's perfect with the hot tub a perfect place to relax in and look at the stars.

Wonderful place to stay very peaceful but easy to find as just a few minutes off an A road (but almost zero road noise). About 20 to 30 minutes drive to nearest major town or outskirts of Leicester. Lodge very clean and comfortable would stay again.

A lovely cabin that was nice and clean, it was a shame not to have a freezer or at least an ice box in the fridge but otherwise it had all amenities. We went in September but I imagine the lighting would be a bit dim in the winter. The hot tub was fantastic and made the stay more enjoyable. Lovely cabin with nice grounds, beautiful views, plenty of parking. Thanks
