A beautifully furnished ground floor apartment boasting wonderful views of the estuary and beyond, a haven of tranquillity yet just 2 miles from Salcombe town centre.. All on the ground floor.

South Sands beach, popular for watersports, is within a quarter of a mile, and the town centre is approx 2 miles via the picturesque cliff and coast road. Also, a regular passenger ferry service runs from South Sands to the town centre during the summer.
