On road parking, 200 yards away; alternative public car park, £38.50 per week, £5.50 (summer) or £2.20 (winter) per 24 hours, 6pm-9am free of charge, ½ mile away; unloading at the door. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. Looe is a popular place to visit at all times of the year, and Avoca is sure to be a firm favourite with families and couples of all ages. Situated in an elevated position, this semi-detached house is just a short walk into the town centre, and just half a mile from the beach, there is plenty to do nearby. Looe is a busy little seaside town, with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs to choose from. Great walking can be found along the South West Coastal Path. Just a short distance away are the picturesque coastal towns of Talland Bay and Polperro, both offering a great selection of amenities and coastal walking opportunities. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
