In a perfect rural location Bramble Cottage is one of two peaceful cottages on a mixed arable farm (the other being Buttercup Cottage DC4894) which have been delightfully converted from a former farm cart shed.
Well equipped and tastefully furnished, each cottage has its own patio for relaxing and taking in the views after a day out exploring this lovely corner of Yorkshire.
There is under floor heating for those cooler days ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
This area is a haven for bird watchers, Red Kites, Curlews and Lapwings can all be seen in close proximity to the properties.
Ideal for touring and enjoying the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales, Slate Rigg Farm Cottages provide a perfect and attractive setting.
The picturesque village of Ripley is a 15 minute walk away with the splendour of Ripley Castle, gardens, tea shop and grounds to visit and during the summer numerous events are hosted in the castle grounds.
Ripley has a traditional butchers shop, delicatessen, church, Post Office and a pub.
The spa town of Harrogate, a 10 minute drive away has a theatre, cinema, restaurants and excellent shopping to combine to make an enjoyable day out.
This property can be booked together with Bramble Cottage (ref DC4893) to accommodate up to five guests.

Lovely holiday cottage with fantastic views, easy drive to local attractions, Fountains Abbey, Ripley Castle, etc, shopping at Harrogate. Owners friendly and helpful, Boris was very entertaining and kept our greyhound amused! Cottage well equipped, home from home, welcome basket was a added treat. Thank you.

Fantastic holiday, great countryside views. Very clean, well equipped, I didn’t need to take anything with me, it had everything from spare toilet roll to marigold gloves, I even completed the jigsaw that had been provided for us 😃. Could have stayed longer. The only negative being, we struggle...
