October Cottage is quie, comfortable and well placed to see all the sights in Wiltshire, Hampshire etc.We were slightly dissapointed that the real hearth fire had been recently removed and no mention of this in the advertising. Beware the stairs!

This is a lovely, quaint and very old thatched cottage. Very clean and cosy and situated in a lovely location. Nice large lawned garden which is secure and ideal for a dog.

Although the decor and equipment are dreary and dated, the shower is hand held with no screen and the bath is too small, the cottage is well equipped (apart from the bathroom) and had everything we needed.
