It is the oldest house of the hamlet, set amid a serene and traffic free natural setting in Prédame, Chez Sémon, at the beginning of the Franches-Montagnes plateau. Located near an alley of centuries-old trees, it provides a perfect starting point for numerous walks and bike rides. The apartment has two master bedrooms and a dormitory-type room for 4 children (max. 8 persons), a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
