Accommodation description
This modern holiday apartment in a sunny location at the foot of the Gerlitzen offers the best conditions for relaxing vacation days. The highlight is the large terrace with breathtaking views of Lake Ossiach – ideal for enjoying the peace and letting your soul unwind. A perfect place to escape everyday life and experience unforgettable vacation moments.
The location of this holiday apartment is ideal in both summer and winter. In summer, the region around Lake Ossiach offers numerous opportunities for active and nature-based vacations. Hiking trails for both beginners and experienced mountain lovers are located directly in the vicinity, while the lake invites you to swim, relax, and enjoy. In winter, the shuttle bus takes you comfortably to the Kanzelbahn cable car of the Gerlitzen ski area. With around 42 kilometers of slopes, both beginners and experienced skiers will find ideal conditions for varied skiing days.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.

Nach unserer Ankunft zu späterer Stunde haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist schön und gut aufgeteilt.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Lage ist prima und recht zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen (Bergbahn zur Gerlitzen Alpe, Seebäder, Affenberg etc)
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.
Goed huis, goede locatie met mooi uitzicht op het meer.

De heerlijk grote balkons.
Ontzettend veel geluidsoverlast van weg beneden. Onwijs hinderlijk. We konden elkaar soms niet verstaan. Ook misten we een magnetron.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt - die Ferienwohnung "Franz" läßt keine Wünsche offen. Super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, tolle Lage, jeden Abend war es ein "Nachhausekommen" . Unkomplizierter Kontakt zu sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
