The Flaubert gite is a pretty, typically Norman, one-storey house, located on the Roseraies estate, with 5200 m² of land in a quiet village, 10 minutes from the first beach, 20 minutes from the D-Day landing beaches and the American cemetery.

The spacious, welcoming living room has a beautiful fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
The sofa bed can accommodate one person.
The two bedrooms upstairs can each accommodate two travellers in a cosy nest. The bathroom has a bath with shower.

The Domaine des Roseraies is made up of 2 gites, the Maupassant gite described here (on the right at ground level), and the Flaubert gite (on the left with an upper floor). You can book the 2 gites and use the estate for your own private use, for up to 10 people (5 per gite).

A charging point for electric cars is available in the gîte car park.

You will be able to enjoy a very peaceful environment, with the large enclosed garden not overlooked by the estate, the view of the Bessin marshes to the north, and to the south, at the top of the property, fields with Norman cows and a view of the village church.

You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant, rejuvenating stay in the middle of the Bessin, in a magnificent region steeped in history.
