The Cocoonr Agency offers this 60 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 3 people, in the heart of the historic centre of the medieval city of Vannes, in an old 17th-century building listed as a Historic Monument.
Its period staircase will take you to the 1st floor where the flat is located - there is no lift.
The accommodation comprises - A very attractive living room with TV and a sofa bed/bench. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
Outside : - French windows with false balcony and railings, offering plenty of natural light.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, the street is not accessible; you will need to park on the outskirts of old Vannes, which is entirely pedestrianised.
Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm.
Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located approximately 400m from the accommodation.
ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9.00 pm but remains accessible 24 hours a day for our travellers.
On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

The apartment is very comfortable. The living area is large, the bed is comfortable and it's in a great location. Everything is easily walkable.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine : logement tout à fait conforme aux descriptions, propre et bien équipé. Très calme car quartier piéton et chambre donnant sur cour, tranquille sans vis-à-vis.
