The apartment is 65 m² and is located on the first floor of our residential building. It is a self-contained and separately accessible granny apartment, which has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a shower room and a toilet. Suitable for 2 persons (single persons, couples as well as parents with a small child up to max. 6 years). The apartment is on the ground floor. It was renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished. Awarded with 4 DTV stars****
The kitchen is equipped with all important utensils as well as appliances (microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler). A fridge-freezer, a dishwasher as well as a convection oven with hob and illuminated extractor fan are available.The shower area in the bathroom is walk-in and barrier-free.
The bathroom has a window. Hairdryer, illuminated mirror cabinet and vanity mirror available. The toilet is separate.
The living room invites with a corner sofa combination (with bed function) to linger comfortably. WLAN (up to 100 MBits/s), satellite TV (Smart-TV, Netflix) and stereo (CD, Bluethooth, DAB+) are available in addition to books and board games for entertainment. A safe with a numerical code is available. Also there is a desk for e.g. working with laptop.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious modern closet. Enough space for e.g. also a baby travel cot is available. A lockable storage room for your luggage or sports equipment, such as bicycles, is available in the apartment.
In the outdoor area in front of the apartment is available in the summer months a small seating area with a charcoal grill.A free parking space for the car or motorcycle (not covered) and a bicycle rack are available on our property directly in front of the apartment. The access from the parking space to the apartment is at ground level. For hygiene reasons no pets.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Our vacation apartment is located in the middle of Limbach, on the so-called section "Auf dem Kore" (=on the "Quittenplatz"). It is located in a Tempo 30 zone and is therefore quiet. Nevertheless, it has a central location, the village center with bakeries, doctors and shopping facilities etc. is about 150 m away.
We are bicycle and biker friendly.
For hygiene reasons no pets. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
We cooperate with the winery "KORE Wein und mehr", Laura and Fabian Kerbeck from Deidesheim/Pfalz, and are happy to offer selected wines for sale if you are interested. Further info at http://www.kore-wein.de
We pay attention to the current COVID-19 (Corona virus) hygiene regulations and implement them. Directly from the front door numerous leisure activities such as hiking and biking tours are possible.
In our vacation apartment you will find information about all important facilities in Limbach and the surrounding area as well as various information brochures about offers and excursion destinations in the region. The municipality of Kirkel is very well integrated into the public transport and road network and yet is situated in an idyllic, rural location. The municipality of Kirkel is located in the recreational and adventure area of the Bliesgau Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO-recognized cultural heritage site.
Payment is made on site in cash or in advance by bank transfer.
An advance payment of 15% may be charged after booking.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 22:00. Departure is possible until 11:00 am. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over personally on site or via a key box. Pets are not allowed.
The use of the in-house washing machine and dryer is possible as part of a laundry service for a fee of € 5.00 each.
The price includes bed linen, WLAN, parking space, towels, dish towels.
