This holiday house is on a quiet property from the 18th century that is occupied by the owners, with further buildings such as an old bread-baking facility that the owners would be happy to show you.
The terrace outside with garden furniture and a parasol offers all the necessary amenities to enjoy meals outdoors. The deckchairs in the 400m² shared garden provide enough space for everyone looking for a sunny spot on the grass or a shady spot by the edge of the forest. The garden also has a little arbour and table tennis. Children will no doubt enjoy spending time with the sheep that live on the property.
The property is the former now charmingly restored barn building, with white walls and wooden ceiling beams. Its 60m² comprise a living and dining room with an adjoining kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, and a bathroom with a separate WC. Ample space therefore for four people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The stone house has a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove and even a dishwasher, so you do not have to wash up after a delicious Breton meal and can just enjoy your holiday.
You can relax during extensive walks in the area and the nearby sea invites you to take a refreshing dip. It is especially recommended to go on trips a little further to the south to the vibrant holiday village Binic and to the north, following the beautiful walking paths along the steep coast, as far as the harbour at Paimpol, as well as the island Bréhat with a wealth of flowers, with crossings from Saint-Quay with a traditional sailing boat through the fresh sea breeze.
To ensure you remain connected with the world on holiday, you can use the free Internet connection or Wi-Fi in some parts of the property. Satellite TV offers a wide range of programmes. A washing machine and an iron are available for your convenience. Bed linen is provided and a cot is available for a baby.
