Let yourself be seduced by this beautiful flat with its balcony overlooking the port of Dahouët! It's the perfect place for a relaxing break in Brittany.
La Chaloupe is a fully renovated 40 m² flat that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a living room with sofa bed, open-plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm), shower room with WC, loggia and balcony.
Linen and towels provided (optional extra). Wifi and digital TV available.

Accommodation: Very bright thanks to its large bay windows, the flat is composed as follows: Large living room with : - Lounge area from which you can admire the boats, furnished with a double sofa bed, coffee table, armchair and TV. - Beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with high dining table, 4 chairs, dishwasher, fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery... - Bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), wardrobe and cupboard.
Off the bedroom is a loggia with a double sofa bed. - Modern shower room with shower, WC, heated towel rail and washing machine. Outside: - Balcony measuring 3.5 m by 1 m with uninterrupted views of the port, furnished with a table, 2 chairs and 1 stool. Nearby: The flat is located on the port of Dahouet, a developing district known for its calm and dynamism. - All the shops are in the immediate vicinity: hall, restaurants, bakery, tobacconist, chemist, mini-market, etc. - The Casino and cinema are 2.5 km away (6 minutes by car). - Val André beach 2.4 km away (5 minutes by car) - Saturday morning market - The Spa Marin du Val André Thalasso Resort is 2.6 km away (6 minutes by car) Activities : - Beach, sailing and water sports - Visit and departure by boat from the port for an outing at sea - Walking along the coastal paths (GR34) - BlueGreen 18-hole golf course 3.6 km away (7 minutes by car) - Cinema, Casino, Shops... Très belle vue sur le port, l’appartement est cosy et bien équipé. L’arrivée et le départ autonome est un plus. Le sentier du GR 34 est à proximité.
Une couette 1 personne pour le canapé lit.
La loggia qui est une passoire thermique : il faisait très froid dans cette pièce.

Une petite pépite à Dahouet.
L’avantage de tout faire à pied. Un cadre idyllique. Un charmant appartement, très bien agencé, une décoration alliant la touche moderne et un feed back sur Dahouet.
Notre hôte, Noelline est adorable .
