Information about the host With a fantastic view of Reit im Winkl and the mountains, located directly on the cross-country skiing trail, this chalet was renovated in the winter of 2020/21 in the traditional regional style and equipped with the highest quality interior.
A newly laid out garden invites you to sunbathe and barbecue.
It is only a few minutes' drive to the ambitious golf course in the village.
Three flats between 60 and 112 square metres offer 2 to 6 guests space for family privacy.
The hotel's own cinema, fitness and wellness area are available to all guests.
Daylight-flooded fitness room with modern equipment, the 30 sqm fitness room offers ample opportunity for exercise.
Pelothon bike, rowing machine, wall bars, weights, floor mat.
Also online workouts and classes via large monitor with internet access.
Relax in the Bergwiese wellness area: after an active day, the bio sauna, Finnish sauna and the adjoining rest area invite you to relax.
From the wellness area you can reach the garden via an outside staircase.
There, two Alpine baskets await you to fully enjoy the view of nature.

Environment description Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts.
For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool.
The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district.
The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern.
In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit.
From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl.
Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl.
By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee.
From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl.
By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.

Sehr schöne moderne und große Wohnung. Toller Grundriss. Schöner Saunabereich.
Wie und wo der Müll zu entsorgen ist, war nicht klar. Deshalb landete der ganze Müll leider in der Tonne für Altpapier.

Die Ausstattung dieses offenbar sehr neuen Hauses lässt wirklich keine Urlaubswünsche übrig. Vom Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, dem tollen Ausblick beider Balkone über die Berglandschaft dank toller Lage über die wunderschön & stilvoll eingerichteten, super sauberen Zimmer und voll ausgestatteten Kü...
Das ist ganz sicher nur ein persönliches Empfinden, aber uns waren die Kissen leider viel zu weich. Ansonsten gab es wirklich nichts auszusetzen!

Das Appartement hat eine außergewöhnliche Ausstattung, alles modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist 1a mit allen Utensilien. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, aber fußläufig zum Ort.
Die Saunen mit Ruheraum war ein Highlight und durch die online Zeitreservierung ein privates Erlebnis. Fitness (2x Peloton etc. Kein Laufband) und TV waren tip-top.
Fast nichts!!
Die Regensensor-Automatik der Dachschrägenfenster lässt ein Öffnen der Dachfenster relativ lange nach Regenende nicht zu, so dass die beiden Hüttenzimmer dann stickig bleiben.
