There are four private, very large holiday homes close to nature in the South Eifel Nature Park, which are detached with a garden, terrace and garden furniture. The holiday homes are located on the border with Luxembourg in the Southern Eifel rock country

The Engelsdorf holiday home is over 360 m2 in size and has nine bedrooms, five bathrooms, four living areas and a very large communal room
The Eifellandhaus is 220 m2 in size and has seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas and a large dining area
The Eifel-Atrium holiday home is 150 m2 in size and has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery that can be used as a combined dining, living and kitchen area.
The Enztal holiday home is 120 m2 in size and has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining area.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

Description of the accommodation
The house offers 120 m2 of space with five bedrooms and two bathrooms for 14 guests, ten of which are designed for adults. The absolute highlight is the large communal room, where all guests can eat and celebrate together. The Enztal holiday home in Felsenland Südeifel was completely renovated and significantly extended in 2021. The large eat-in kitchen is the highlight of the holiday home. The communal room is equipped with a cream-coloured kitchenette with granite worktop, a 5-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge. As a little extra, the kitchen also has a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery, from pots and pans to cutlery and glasses. The kitchen and dining area are open-plan and integrated into the living area so that you can socialise while cooking. An open kitchen like this is known to encourage communication and socialising. This means you can have a quick chat while cooking without having to interrupt your work at the hob. The open-plan design ensures that the transition between the dining and kitchen areas is seamless. You enter through a sliding glass door from the hallway. The five metre high, partially exposed quarry stone wall creates a very special atmosphere in the room. The four floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows make the room appear large and open. The large table seats up to 14 people. The pellet stove provides cosy warmth and can be time- and temperature-controlled. Together with the radiators, it provides a cosy feeling. When the smokeless stove crackles cosily and ignites its fascinating play of colours, it becomes really cosy. The holiday home is very quietly located in the small village of Zweifelscheid-Engelsdorf, in a tiny settlement surrounded by the idyllic nature of the Enz Valley in the Neuerburger Land region of the Eifel. The holiday home is only a few metres away from two other holiday homes. The Enz Valley cycle path runs at the foot of the house and it is surrounded by hiking trails. There is a modern leisure pool just 2 kilometres away. The holiday home is perfect for an undisturbed and relaxing holiday, whether with the whole family or with friends. Dogs are welcome! Please note that the holiday home is located near three other holiday homes. We therefore ask you to adjust the volume to the time of day and to ensure a good night's sleep outside from 11 pm. The holiday home is not suitable for unaccompanied youth groups, young adults (up to 25 years), stag parties or drinking parties. Please book other holiday homes than this one.
