Cocoonr is pleased to offer this beautiful historic villa, dating from 1912, for rent in Dinard, in the highly sought-after Vicomté neighbourhood.
This lovely 160 m² family home, comprising two storeys and an adjoining outbuilding, can accommodate up to 15 guests.
It offers all the comforts you need for your stay on the Emerald Coast.
You’ll enjoy a superb location right next to Port Breton Park and Prieuré Beach, which offers the most beautiful view of St Malo (a 600-metre walk).
This property comprises the following:
Ground floor:
- A large, cosy and welcoming living room furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs and a TV offering a wide range of French and international channels.
- A dining area with a table that has extension leaves, seating up to 12 guests.
The fireplace is decorative and does not work. - A fully equipped kitchen, including: a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a gas hob (5 burners), a large traditional oven, a microwave, and an American-style fridge-freezer with a water dispenser and ice maker.
The kitchen also features a round table that can seat 6 guests. -A shower room, ideal for after a day at the beach, with a toilet. First floor: -A bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, double washbasins and a toilet (with a macerator toilet). -Three large bedrooms with double beds, one of which is fitted with a wooden cot. Second floor: Two bedrooms with double beds A children’s bedroom with a bunk bed A shower room with a walk-in shower A separate toilet Basement: The basement is a paradise for young and old alike! Enjoy a space dedicated to relaxation and entertainment with a TV room, as well as plenty of games to share quality time with family or friends: table football, pool table and arcade machine are all at your disposal! A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Adjoining outbuilding Adjoining the house, a separate outbuilding offers an ideal additional space for greater privacy. On the ground floor, it features a kitchenette, a sofa with a TV, a small dining table and a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. If you’re travelling with a baby, Villa Marlotte provides a wooden cot and a high chair to make your family holiday easier. Outdoors: You’ll enjoy a 500 m² garden with trees, fully enclosed, ideal for making the most of sunny days. Here you’ll find a wooden outdoor table set up beneath the cherry tree, garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. Charcoal is not provided. Villa Marlotte is situated in the residential neighbourhood of La Vicomté, to the east of Dinard.
This peaceful, leafy area is prized for its tranquil atmosphere, its villas and its beautiful views over the Rance and the Bay of Saint-Malo.
La Vicomté is now a predominantly residential neighbourhood, set apart from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, whilst remaining easily accessible from it. Nearby, you can visit Prieuré Beach and the mini-golf course, and enjoy walks along the seafront as well as Port-Breton Park, which is ideal for a family stroll. The neighbourhood also has a few good local spots nearby, whilst Dinard town centre – with its shops, market, restaurants and Écluse beach – is easily accessible by car or bike.
Dinard boasts a particularly vibrant shopping scene in the town centre. An ideal location for exploring Dinard and the Emerald Coast, whilst staying in a peaceful, residential setting. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard (up to 3 vehicles; free on-street parking is also available) - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo (14 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes Airport (80 km) - Dinard town centre (market halls and market) is a 1.7-kilometre walk away. On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard.
They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys. We also offer self-check-in via a secure key box. The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other notes: - The fireplace is not in working order - Bed linen and towels are included; the beds will be made on your arrival - Free Wi-Fi, fibre-optic connection - Self-check-in is available; please select this option when booking - Dinard’s main beach is 2 km away (Plage de L’Ecluse) // supermarket with petrol station 3 km away (Intermarché Pleurtuit) - Parties and evening gatherings are not permitted due to the proximity of neighbours and the naturally quiet and relaxing surroundings.
We will be vigilant regarding any disturbances; we count on you to observe good neighbourly behaviour so that this stay is a pleasant memory for everyone. - The end-of-stay cleaning service does not include routine tasks such as washing up and putting away crockery, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish.
An additional charge will apply if Cocoonr has to carry out these tasks on your behalf. - Pets are not permitted. - Garden maintenance: external contractors visit regularly and independently to maintain the garden.
They may therefore visit during your stay. We do not always receive their schedule far enough in advance to be able to inform you of the dates of their visits before your arrival.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille la superficie des espaces jour et nuit est parfaite chacun a pu trouvé son intimité idem pour le jardin très agréable.
Le petit studio attenant mais indépendant a pu laissé trois pré ado en pleine sécurité et en semi liberté !
La proximité de la plage et du centre est très agréable nombreuses balades à pied depuis la maison.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour entre amis, le jardin est très sympa surtout avec le soleil radieux que l’on a eu (petit bémol pr le passage du jardinier et tonte de la pelouse sans être avertis 🤭).
Maison bien placée et facile d’accès proche de la plage du prieure, donc un peu excentree pr le centre ville et ses commerces.
Literie très confortable et salles de bains sympas.

Lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille avec de l'espace. Cuisine très bien équipée et vaisselle en nombre pour les grandes tablées. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses. La proximité de la plage est un plus. Il est facile d'aller en ville à pied. La villa est parfaite.
