Entrance through a large barn which opens onto a vast living area (64 m²) comprising a fully equipped modern kitchen open to the living/dining room with a pellet stove, smart TV, DVD library, and board games.
The hallway leads to three bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room and toilet, one with two 90x200cm beds, and one with two 90x200cm beds), a shower room, a toilet, and a laundry room.
Exclusively for your use: parking, a northwest-facing terrace with a BBQ and griddle, a small unfenced garden, ping-pong table, pool table, darts, and storage for your sports equipment or bulky items (skis, bicycles, motorcycles, etc.).
A 3.7 kW electric vehicle charging point is available.
This single-story cottage is attached to the owner's house, which faces the opposite direction, thus offering complete privacy and seclusion.
For young children: a travel cot and high chair are provided. Located in the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, in La Chapelle-en-Vercors and just 800 meters from the village center, La Ferme des Aubanneaux benefits from all essential amenities: bakeries, a small supermarket, a butcher/delicatessen, a pharmacy, restaurants, markets, as well as a swimming pool and a children's playground.
In summer, climbers enjoy the Via Corda of Saint-Martin on the Roche Rousse cliff, while nature lovers take advantage of the trails, mountain huts, and viewpoints.
In winter, the Vercors offers a wide range of activities: skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, fat biking, ski-joëring, and dog sledding.
Just 15 minutes away, Vassieux-en-Vercors also recalls its significant history, a symbol of the French Resistance.

Le gîte est superbe, très fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Il offre une grande surface très agréable pour un séjour confortable et tranquille entre amis ou en famille. Sa localisation centrale en pleine nature permet de rayonner facilement pour découvrir les merveilles et l'histoire du vercors .
