Le Bélouve is a 2 room apartment in new build house comprising owners' home and gîte, in residential area near main roads and shops.
Accommodation on ground floor.
Separate entrance, private outdoor area (NOT overlooked).
Living room (double sofa bed) with kitchen area, separate WC, bedroom (queen-size bed, washbasin, shower).
Bedroom separated from lounge by wall with large glass panel (very trendy) ensuring light and privacy.
Shared swimming pool & summer kitchen with shady terrace and bread oven.
Enclosed parking space (gate).
Montélimar, a legendary stopping place on the N7 road & A7 motorway, is perfect for exploring the region in every direction.
This town, famous for its nougat, is close to many 'must-see' destinations: the 3 lovely hilltop villages of Mirmande, Marsanne and Cliousclat to the north, Dieulefit and Le PoÃ't-Laval (pottery & ceramics) to the east, La Garde Adhémar and Grignan to the south and the Ardèche to the west.
During a weekend break or longer holiday, return to the comforts of Le Bélouve after a day exploring the area of enjoying other leisure activities.
Relax by the swimming pool, use the summer kitchen at your disposal or just chill out.

Nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir le gîte Le Bélouve où nous avions déjà séjourné il y a 2 ans.Nous avons apprécié le gîte et la piscine. Les commerces sont à proximité et la région est bien agréable à découvrir.Merci beaucoup à Véronique et Thierry pour leur si charmant accueil.

Totalement au top : propriétaires : écoute, gentillesse, toujours prêts à rendre service ; appartement : bien indépendant, terrasse aménagée ; parking spacieu ; pour les beau jours : accès piscine indépendant…Il nous faut arrêter là les éloges car nous aurons du mal à trouver le gîte disponible lorsque nous irons sur Montélimar

Nous avons abordé ce troisième séjour au Belouve sans appréhension, car nous apprécions les propriétaires. Effectivement, tout s'est bien passé du premier au dernier jour : gîte très propre, cuisine complète, accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires avec une gentille attention à l'arrivée! .... Nous recommandons ce gîte.
