A charming little 3-star cottage adjoining a beautiful 17th-century farmhouse, this former cider house is the ideal place for your stay in the Côtes-d’Armor.
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen-size double bed, as well as a relaxation area furnished with a sofa bed and two single beds.
You’ll also enjoy the private garden, complete with garden furniture, a barbecue and a table tennis table.
Bed linen and towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more The property With a floor area of 110m², the house is laid out as follows: Ground floor - Living area furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a single bed, a fireplace, a TV and a dining area for 5 people - Kitchen opening onto the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery - Toilet Upstairs - Lounge area, overlooking the garden, furnished with two single beds, a sofa bed for 2 people, a bookcase and a TV - Bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) - Bathroom with bath and double washbasins - Toilet Outside - Small private garden with garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis table.
The garden faces north-west/south-east. The neighbourhood The house is ideally situated on the banks of the River Rance, equidistant from three unmissable towns of character: the medieval town of Dinan, the renowned seaside resort of Dinard, and Saint-Malo.
You can reach the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast in 20 minutes, Mont St-Michel in 45 minutes, and Cancale, Cap Fréhel and Saint-Suliac – ranked among the most beautiful villages in France – are just a few kilometres away! The property is situated in a hamlet 2 km from the village centre and overlooks the marina.
You’ll be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings and recharge your batteries.
Don’t forget the region’s cuisine, particularly its seafood (Cancale oysters), and of course the crêpes, galettes and cider. Nearby - In the village centre, 2 km away, there is a bakery and a butcher’s and delicatessen (shops open on Sunday mornings).
