The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this magnificent family villa, dating from 1898, for rent, with breathtaking sea views from every part of the house! La Villa des Roches is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.
With direct access to the beach, just 250 metres away, you can enjoy water sports, hiking and exploring the coast.
The house, which was fully renovated in 2020, can accommodate 8 people and comprises a living room, a dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, 4 beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and an enclosed garden.
Private parking.
Bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - Cosy living room with sea views, furnished with armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. Access to the terrace and garden. - Dining room with a table for your meals - Separate, fully equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Senseo capsule machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher… A glass door leads out to the dune. - Separate toilet On the first floor: You’ll enjoy a magnificent sea view from all the bedrooms. - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160 x 200). Balcony with sea view - Bedroom 2: double bed 160 x 200 cm. Balcony with sea view - Bright bathroom with sea view: shower, washbasin, washing machine - Separate toilet On the second floor: - Bedroom 3: full of charm with its exposed beams and sea view.
Double bed 140 x 190 cm - Bedroom 4: double bed (160 x 200 cm) and, once again, a sea view! Outside: - Enclosed garden of 80 m² facing south, accessible from the living room.
Dining table and chairs.
A low wall separates the property from the neighbours’. - 10 m² east-facing terrace, with views over the bay and Le Pouldu. - Access via a cul-de-sac - Space to park two cars in front of the house The house is ideally situated in Cohars-Carnoët, close to local amenities.
A supermarket, café, restaurant, crêperie, bakeries, grocery shop, souvenir shop, etc., are all in Le Pouldu, 700 metres away. Things to do: - Bellangenet beach, 250 m away - Places to visit: The Pouldu House Museum, where Gauguin and his friends lived; the port of Le Pouldu; the port of Doëlan; the Painters’ Trail (Pont-Aven); the Saint Maurice abbey site (a former 13th-century abbey), Kercousquet Mill, the chapels (Notre Dame de la Paix, Saint Maudet, Sainte Anne in Doëlan, Saint Jacques), and the Quinquis Wildlife Park - Boat and kayak trips up the River Laïta - Sports and leisure: Girapark Leisure Park, tennis, sailing club, surf school 400 metres away, beach club, summer sports on Bellangenet beach (beach volleyball, sandball, footsoccer), canoeing and kayaking, horse riding - Hiking, cycling, running - Nature walks Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the house (space for 2 cars), For other means of transport, here is some information: - Buses to Clohars-Carnoët (5 km) and Quimperlé (15 km) - Quimperlé railway station (15 km) / Lorient railway station (25 km) - Lorient-Lann-Bihoué Airport (22 km) Other notes: - You will be welcomed on arrival by our concierge service - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). Villa des Roches "Maison ancienne avec son charme et son histoire. Situation exceptionnelle, on vit avec l'océan que l'on voit et entend de toutes les pièces. Maison isolée et calme mais néanmoins très proche des commodités.
La fourniture des draps et serviettes dans le prix global serait un plus, ...
