Come and discover this flat with its superb sea view, located in the Bas Sablons district of Saint-Servan.
It has a large living room with lounge, living room, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate WC and cupboards.
Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
Located on the 3rd floor without a lift, it is close to the shops, with direct access to the Bas Sablons beach from the residence without having to cross the road, and the bar and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. A large free public car park is 100 metres away.
You can walk along the seafront to the historic centre in 15 minutes.
There is a market on the Place de St Servan 200 metres away on Tuesdays and Fridays, where you will find fresh fish. A small oyster market is open every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theatre square).
St Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
It's a great place to live. You can admire Intra Muros from the sofa in the living room, as well as the return ferry services to the Channel Islands and England.
To comply with the law, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
