Holiday apartment with a terrace and a sea view, away from the tourist areas, in a quiet location
This airy and quiet holiday apartment is situated away from tourist streets and is therefore ideally suited to guests who would like to enjoy sunshine, mountains, fresh air and nature. The apartment is on the third floor of a four-storey building without a lift.
The 40m² apartment can accommodate four adults and two children. It has a tiled bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet. The bathroom window looks out onto a balcony. The main bedroom has a queensize bed, while the second has a bunk bed for two children. Two further people can sleep on a folding bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The dining table in the middle of the room is for six people. Next to the sofa there is a new flatscreen TV with a USB port. You only need to download your favourite films onto a USB stick and then you can watch them in the evenings after an exciting day. Of course you can also just watch the Italian TV channels. The open kitchenette has a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine, as well as crockery, cutlery and tea towels.
In front of the main bedroom there is a little furnished balcony (8m²), with a view of the houses in town. The 9m² big main terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs. From up here you can look out as far as the sea. Parking space for up to two cars is available.
Fresh bed linen, hand towels, two beach towels and a packet of ground Italian coffee are provided. Babysitting and weekly cleaning are also available on request, payable locally.
The apartment is about 1000 to 1200 metres from the town centre, the beaches and shops. It is about 15-25 minutes on foot, or 5-8 minutes by car. When walking back from the beach you have to go 50 metres uphill.
