Epsom is the perfect apartment to enjoy a breathtaking view of the harbor and the Bassin with the Ile aux oiseaux on the horizon.

You will be literally at the foot of the beach of Eyrac, thanks to a private access to the beach from the residence. You will find a small shower for your feet, back from the beach.

The bicycle path and the pedestrian walkway will allow you to access the city center without using the car.
You will be able to enjoy a peaceful stay not far from the city center (less than 20 minutes walk from the city center, and 15 minutes walk from the big shops).

You will also have the possibility to park your car in a private parking space.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the Epsom is a spacious apartment of 75 m², with a large living room offering an unobstructed view, thanks to the 3 bay windows opening onto the balcony, what to subjugate you.

The living room is composed of two nice and bright spaces with two large sofas (including a double sofa bed 160 of great French brand very comfortable), armchairs, a television and a dining area. You can also enjoy more privacy by closing the curtain between these two spaces and transforming your sofa into a double bed.

During summer, you need to spend time on the balcony, where you can enjoy the rising sun for breakfast, or enjoy a drink on the way back from the beach and have dinner facing the sunset.

You will also have a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, gas stove, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, dishwasher and numerous cupboards) to cook comfortably even on vacation.
An adjoining laundry room (washing machine, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, clothes line, etc.) will also be useful.
Next door, a double bedroom with a large bed (140x190cm) and a large closet will give you all the privacy you need.
Finally, you will have access to a large bathroom (large shower, vanity and mirror). Separate WC.

The district of Aiguillon in Arcachon is typical and calm. Local shops at 3 minutes, a small and practical Casino, the fish market is the best of the Basin, bakeries, cafés, restaurants.
Unavoidable discovery of the Parc Mauresque, of the basin with daily boat shuttles (Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux), Dune du Pyla and so many other wonders!
