Just 80 m from the beach, this pretty renovated flat is the ideal base for your stay in the Gulf of Morbihan.
This duplex apartment comprises a tastefully decorated living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 2 separate toilets.
You'll be able to enjoy the sunny days in peace and quiet from the balcony. With Wi-Fi, fibre optics, bed linen and towels provided and a private parking space, all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy! Accommodation The flat is on the 1st floor of a small residence, accessible by stairs. With a surface area of around 60 m², it is a duplex and is laid out as follows: 1st level - Bright living room with lounge area (Netflix, Amazon Prime), dining table for 6 people and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, electric kettle, etc). - Large 20 m² balcony, south-facing - Bedroom with double bed (160x200) - Separate shower room and WC. First floor - 2 double bedrooms (1 with 180x200 bed and 1 with sofa bed with new 140x190 mattress) - Separate WC The flat is located in a residential area, 80m from the beach and the water sports centre. There are plenty of shops nearby, including food shops, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, clothes shops and a tobacconist's. Activities - Sports activities, cycling and water sports, walking, running, pétanque, surfing, boating, etc. - Traditional market every Saturday morning, plus Tuesday mornings during the summer season, and craft market on Wednesday evenings during the summer. - Fête de la Mer in Pénerf (every August). - Damgan Triathlon (every year in June). Transport You can do almost everything on foot, with the beach 80m away and Damgan town centre 150m away. Bikes can be hired in the town centre. Private outdoor parking space for your vehicle. Flexible welcome for your comfort: You have the option of being physically welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, or of arriving on your own. Location propre et accueillante.
Nous avions tout sous la main et le cadre est très agréable.

Le centre ville est très proche du logement ; la plage encore plus et un certains nombre de découvertes sont à faire autour de Damgan que ce soit à pied (pour les bons marcheurs) ou en voiture.
J'aurais apprécié avoir les modes d'emplois du micro-ondes, de la plaque de cuisson, et, savoir si je pouvais utiliser cookeo (je n'ai pas osé !). Je fonctionne toujours avec des appareils "vieille garde ".
Toutefois, je m'en suis sortie et ai apprécié les appareils ménagers mis à notre disposition.
Donc rien d'insurmontable, malgré tout !
