Washing machine. - Separate WC Exterior : - 800 m² enclosed garden with swing.
Barbecue. - Terrace with dining table to enjoy your meals and aperitifs.
The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret in a quiet residential area.
The property is close to all amenities: supermarket 1 km away, fishmonger 1.5 km away, tobacconist and newsagent 1.5 km away.
Activities : - Beach 200 m away - Petanque court 200 m away - Sea-related activities: fishing, boating... - Horse riding 2 km away - Hiking - Discover the region and the Côte des Isles - Visit the Channel Islands Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you will benefit from an outdoor parking space. - Bus nearby - Nearest train station: Valogne train station, 30 min by car. - Nearest airport: Cherbourg-Manche airport, 50 min by car.

La Petite Isle "Très belle petite maison pratique avec de jeunes enfants. Le jardin a permis à notre fils de jouer au ballon en toute sécurité.
