The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has this lovely, fully renovated 40 m² flat for rent, located on the ground floor of a one-storey house, just 300 meters from the beach! The flat comfortably sleeps 2 people. It comprises a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge/dining room, a lovely bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate WC, sunny enclosed garden and terrace, ideal for meals. Bed linen and towels extra. Adults only.
The accommodation comprises :
A day area with :
- A living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher...
- One bedroom with 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm, which can be joined together to make a double bed (160×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- An enclosed garden with a terrace fitted with a dining table and 4 chairs. Access is via the living room.
Other facilities: washing machine shared by both flats in the residence.
The property is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the shops.
Food shops, bars and restaurants are just 500 m from the accommodation. The campsite, two minutes from the house, offers takeaway food and bread. You can enjoy around the various activities on offer : golf, tennis, sailing and surfing.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in one of the free car parks close to the accommodation.
Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station (17km)
Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport (84 km)
Other comments:
- Possibility to rent the Garde Guérin located in the same house to privatize the house.
- Children aged 5 to 15 are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Animals not accepted

- Sheets and towels are available on request at an additional cost (to be booked with our on-site manager).
