This tastefully renovated former farm building has been converted into two half houses close to the owners'. 5000sqm-large garden planted with trees.
Single storey house.
Living/sitting room with kitchen area and pellets wood-burner, queen-sized double bedroom, shower room, WC.
Sitting area on a loggia.
Enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue (plancha), patio and swings. This former Breton farm building dates back to the 19th century.
It has views on the countryside and on Plouescat resort.
Close to the sea.
The "fisherman's shelter" is a homely gite which we have been renovating.
The sitting room with kitchen area has views on the orchard and the countryside.
Beds and sofa are comfortable.
The pellets stove by the dining table makes cosy evenings.
Footpaths or biking lanes nearby allow to discover the many calvaries, old wash-houses and manors all around.
