Charming 19th century country house, fully restored, quietly located on the edge of a lane & field, in the heart of a peaceful little rural residential village nestled on the banks of the Doubs (kayakers' paradise & ultra-renowned fishing site for its famous catfish, pikeperch or carp / remarkable ecosystem partly classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone", for its exceptional ornithological reserve rich in 160 species & very rare plant varieties).
Nestled in the countryside in the heart of a beautiful, preserved rural and natural environment of hedged plains, the last commune to have hosted a floating mill on the Doubs (one of the very last in France), Pontoux has a 27 ha pond also protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" (1.5 km away), a sensitive natural area unique in Burgundy (nesting of numerous birds with more than 130 species recorded including one of the largest colonies of black-crowned night herons in Saône-et-Loire).

Gite , au calme, dont l extérieur est un atout majeur pour une grande famille: jardin, ameublement, grande protection solaire.Gite conforme dans les dispositions de pièces, et Sdb Pmr. Propriétaire très accueillant, à l écoute, Campagne paisible. Idéal pour groupe ou famille.

Très bon accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire. La maison et le jardin sont très agréables pour un séjour en famille. Malgré des soucis liés à de forts orages, le propriétaire a été très réactif pour y remédier. Le village et la région sont idéales pour une bonne déconnexion .

Bien être
Mr DUPLESSY est un hôte très accueillant et toujours prêt à raconter une petite anecdote sur son village et la région. Sa maison est un endroit douillet et idéalement adaptée à l'accueil d'une famille avec des enfants qui peuvent s'amuser à loisir dans son beau jardin bien clôturé. Nous y retournerons.
