The house stands on a 5000sqm-large ground planted with trees.

Living/sitting room with kitchen area and pellets wood-burner, queen-sized double bedroom, shower room, WC.

Enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue (plancha), patio and swings.
This is a little comfy gite with views on the countryside and set in a not-overlooked small enclosed garden.
It is part of a former farm building dated back to the 19th century which was renovated with wood and stones.
It still boasts its bread-oven.
The property is surrounded by fields where guests can sometimes see a rabbit, a pheasant, a fox or a deer.
Bike lanes and footpaths are close to the gite and lead to calvaries, former wash-houses or manors.
Many activities on the beach : bathing, shell-fishing, fishing, watersports or horse-riding.
Back at the gite guests will enjoy relaxing in the private heated jacuzzi.

Belle découverte, gîte calme, accueillant et confortable. Tout y est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour, sans oublier le Spa après une bonne randonnée, excellente idée !!!Merci également aux propriétaires pour les petites attentions régionales à notre arrivée !

Les propriétaires sont adorables et prennent soins de préparer des petites attentions (gâteau, cidre, journal) très appréciables. Le gîte est conforme à la description, c’est très cosy et le spa est un véritable plus. Le Bretagne est une magnifique région.A consommer sans modération !

Séjour très agrèable dans un gîte très douillet et confortable malgrès une météo frisquette, ,mais nous avons pu profité pleinement du jacuzzi à heure tardive .....Gîte calme et reposant en milieu de campagne A conseillerle ptit bémol est l'horaire de départ du dimanche matin à 10 h du mat sous les deu degrés DOMMAGE !!!!!!
