Le Sterne is a pretty renovated flat with a sea view, which you'll love for your holidays in Pléneuf-Val-André.
Ideally located just 100 metres from the beach and all the shops, you can do everything on foot! The flat comprises a sea-view living room with double sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with bath and separate WC, a bedroom with double bed and a large terrace surrounding the flat, part of which is covered by a bay window.
Private parking space.
Accommodation: - Entrance giving access to all rooms - Living-dining room with quality features: very comfortable sofa bed, dining area with access to a beautiful sea view. - Very bright, fully-equipped kitchen: hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine. - Bright south-facing bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm).
Wardrobe with hanging space and shelving. - Bathroom with bath next to the bedroom. - Separate WC Outside: You can enjoy a large balcony running around the flat with a lovely sea view. - Part of the balcony is covered by a veranda equipped with patio doors, with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather.
Here you can admire the beautiful seascape and watch the magnificent sunsets! - The other part of the balcony is open, with a table and 2 chairs. - Private outdoor parking space Nearby amenities: - 100 m from the sea. - Supermarket at the foot of the building - Numerous shops in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, delicatessen, butcher's, baker's, ready-to-wear store....
Activities : - Water sports: beach, sailing school, kitesurfing, paragliding, golf, swimming pool - Tennis courts - Hiking Public transport : - Bus stop for Lamballe and Saint-Brieuc stations less than 200 metres away. - Free shuttle bus stop in season to get around the resort - Cycle hire in the town centre Other remarks: - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. - No wifi available - For people with reduced mobility: lift with ramp, bath with ramp. - Pets accepted with a supplement of €15 per stay (only one pet accepted) To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André.

Le Sterne "Ce logement répondait tout à fait à notre attente. Très proche de la mer, avec promenade (piétonne) en front de mer, petit supermarché au rez de chaussé de l’immeuble, le top !
Logement rénové récemment qui répond aux besoins. Meubles relookés dans la salle de vie, j’aime bien le mélang...
