The house can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers and has 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and 2 bathrooms.
You'll also enjoy the south-facing terrace, the enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue, and the lovely private heated swimming pool (from 1 June). Everything you need for an enjoyable stay! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - Living room with sofa, two armchairs, TV and dining table - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with bath, double washbasin and heated towel rail - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 3: with 2 twin beds - Bedroom 4: with 2 twin beds - Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail - Work area with desk and bookcase - Separate WC Outside: - A large unfenced garden of 1,000 m², with children's play area (swing and football goal) - A 20 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue - A private heated swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m. The pool has a minimum depth of 140 cm and a maximum depth of 190 cm. The pool is equipped with a cover and is open from 15 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual). Nearby amenities The house is located in a quiet area close to all amenities.
The Plage du Bourg is just 1.8 km away. - Super U supermarket approx. 1 km away - Erquy Tourist Information Office at 1.4 km - Erquy market on Saturday mornings in the town centre 800 metres away. Activities : - Water sports: beach, sailing - Hiking trails along the coast - Visits to the Emerald Coast - Excursions to Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Brieuc, Bréhat Transport : - Saint-Malo-Dinard airport 45 minutes away by car - Lamballe SNCF station: 2 hours 08 minutes from Paris-Montparnasse - Distribus network to get around Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Fantastic week away in a lovely property. The kids loved the pool which we used everyday. A beautiful part of Brittany which we loved exploring and there is still so much more to see.
