Cocoonr is offering this seaside house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, just a 5-minute walk from the stunning Chevrets beach.
It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a living room, a fully-fitted kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. 4* hotel-quality bed linen is provided, and the beds will be made up for your arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV - A fully equipped kitchen and dining area, including: electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker… - A shower room. - A utility room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2 with three single beds (90x200). - A bathroom with a heated towel rail and toilet. For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: a dishwasher, a hairdryer and a washing machine. You can make the most of sunny days on the south-facing terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and an electric griddle. The house is ideally situated in Saint-Coulomb in a very pleasant setting.
The shops in the centre of Saint-Coulomb (bakery, butcher’s, chemist’s, mini-market) are a 5-minute drive away. Chevrets beach is a 5-minute walk away; St Malo Intra Muros is 10 km away and Cancale is 10 km away, whilst Mont St Michel is 40 km away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the large shed opposite the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo station, about 15 minutes’ drive away (10 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes’ drive away (81.3 km) On site, the team from Cocoonr – the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals – will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. Further notes: - The house is a semi-detached property.
Next door, ‘La Pilotine’ can accommodate 4 people and can also be booked directly through Cocoonr. - This house has Wi-Fi - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-standard bed linen provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. - Self-check-in is required, with a key box on site.

Super séjour en famille. Logement agréable, bien décoré et propre. Il se situe entre St Malo et Cancale, facile d'accès en voiture. Place de parking disponible sous le hangar face au logement, très pratique.
Hôte réactif et donne des explications claires avec des recommandations. À refaire.

Super bien placé à la campagne tout prés du bord de mer, à egale distance
de saint malo et cancale avec un choix de bons restaurants. Interressant pour faire quelques mini randonnées sur les côtés rocheuses comme la presqu'île Besnard et la pointe du grouin (même avec de jeunes enfants)et de belles plages de sable.

La maison est magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Il y a de la place pour les enfants. 2 salle de bains 2 toilettes parfait pour une famille nombreuses.
Chambre parental avec un lit bébé. Tous le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
Le village atypique et charmant. Pas loin de St malo .
