The Cocoonr agency presents to you for rent, in Rennes, this warm 30m² apartment located in the heart of the historic center, in the most beautiful tree-lined courtyard in the city, in the quiet of a 17th century residence classified as a historic monument full of charm.
Located on 1ᵉʳ (without elevator), Arty will welcome you alone or in pairs for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes.
Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place. The accommodation is composed as follows: - An entrance with separate WC - A living room with TV, dining room - An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, hotplates, washing machine, etc. - A bathroom - A mezzanine with a double bed (140x190). Please note that the ceiling height is a little low (1.10 m). The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Public transport: The République metro stop 500 m away - Nearest station: Rennes station, 2.5 km by car / 1.5 km on foot - Nearest airport: Rennes Airport 8.8 km by car Other remarks: - This apartment is equipped with wifi connection - A pleasant balcony is directly accessible from the apartment. - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in wunderbarer Lage direkt in der Altstadt, ein Traum! Check-In unkompliziert, Ferhat war sehr freundlich. Gute Ausstattung, alles was man braucht, nur ein bisschen zu wenig Besteck für vier Personen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
