Accommodation description
This attractive and fully modernised group home offers the perfect combination of privacy and comfort. Located on a quiet site within a holiday park, you will enjoy a private property here with all the space you need to relax. Although park facilities are not currently available, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy nature. Ideal for those who want to truly escape for a while! The loft is accessible via a steep staircase
The surroundings of the house offer every opportunity for beautiful cycling and walking tours. Tourism Limburg has created a beautiful cycling route network here. 1.5 km from the holiday home, you can cycle in the Bosland region, with cycling through the trees as the icing on the cake! The special cycling bridge here consists of a double circle with a diameter of 100 metres and is no less than 700 metres long. You rise gradually here to as much as 10 metres in height. Children's amusement park Bobbejaanland, 't Speelboerderijtje in Leopoldsburg, Pakawi Park, the family zoo in Olmen or the beautiful Bokrijk in Genk; you really don't have to get bored here with children! For adults, Genk is also a great city to visit
On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
This accommodation is rented only to family groups.
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner.
Due to construction work in the vicinity of this residence, there may be inconvenience in the period from August 2025 up to October 2027.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

L’emplacement est super pour un bon moment en famille
Tout etait bien, le seul problème etait la connexion wifi. Il n’y a pas de wifi a l’étage

Auch wenn wir ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln haben, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Hausverwalter waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir hatten das Glück, dass wir die ersten Nutzer der Leihfahrräder sein durften, die übrigens in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden waren.
