Ideal for families, the downstairs flat with terrace offers beautiful views of the famous Hahnenkamm. The holiday home is easy to reach by public transport. From the garden you can reach the promenade leading to the picturesque and above all cosy centre of Kitzbühel
Cosy restaurants, the fashionable shopping street and the train station are all within walking distance. The Hornbahn ski lifts take you to the popular ski area of Kitzbühel In summer, Kitzbühel turns into a true hiking paradise! Nordic walkers, hikers, mountain bikers and golfers are frequent guests here

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
