Banjole is an old fishing town in the municipality of Medulin in southern Istria. It is located on a beautiful peninsula full of greenery of old pine trees and fragrant Mediterranean plants. Due to the colorful flora and the crystal clear sea, Banjole has been a desirable place for relaxation for thousands of years, which the ancient Romans recognized as a place to relax by building their villas and beaches whose remains are today an interesting tourist attraction.
