Conditions/extras
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required within 24 hours. Otherwise the booking is considered void.

No pets are allowed in our house.
Please note that our apartment is non-smoking.
A washing machine is available in the apartment. A washing load incl. detergent costs 3.-- Euro.

Cancellations according to DEHOGA regulations. These can be found in the separate booking confirmation. If we can't continue to rent, or only partially, we will charge you for the days, 90% of the rental price for the performance claim.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 or by appointment.
Departure must be made by 10:00.

Holiday-flat in a seperate building
