This detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 10 people with 4 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms.

Layout On the first floor of the villa it a features an open dining, kitchen, and living ara.
There is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
On the second floor there are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (2 with bath, one with shower) and two balconies with sea views.
Outside is a large terrace with a lounge, outdoor dining, infinity pool, garden, and a playground.
Living Room The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi.
There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.
Kitchen The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
There is also a barbecue outside.

There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

The villa is even nicer in real life. Was in a beautiful, quiet area. The pool was loads of fun and enough bathrooms for ever3.

My family and friends (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 under 11) really enjoyed our stay at Villa Minoas. The villa really is lovely with plenty of space.The view is great and the area is really quiet. A car is a must! Negatives;- Charging for air conditioning in the living room seems a bit of a reach cons...
