Spectacular villa for 12 people, with private pool, surrounded by a breathtaking landscape and only 850 metres away from the charming village of Selva.
This beautiful finca, located on a rural and forest environment, is a magic place.
All corners invite to admire the privileged landscape and feel the peace, specially the area of the pool where you will be able to bask in the sun on the 12 sunloungers and enjoy a nice dip.
The private chlorine pool sizes 18 x 7 metres and and the water depth ranges from 0.6 to 1.7 metres.
The impressive table is the best place to enjoy your meals alfresco.
The property is fenced and it offers total privacy.
The house has 2 floors.
Preserving some walls of pure rock and stone, it welcomes you with a large foyer and a room in the purest Mallorcan style.
Next, you enter the living-dining room where you can relax watching TV or enjoying those delicious meals prepared in the ceramic hob kitchen.
On colder days, you will find a basket of firewood for the stove in the living room and an oil radiator, courtesy of the house.
This floor is completed with 1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 bedrooms with double beds.
Going up the stairs, you have another room ideal for entertainment, as it has 2 pool tables and 1 foosball table.
Then you access 1 more bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, as well as 4 more bedrooms with double beds, all with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub.
All bedrooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning.
There is 1 crib and 1 high chair available.
The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
